The door panel is produced by a high accuracy process with imported sealing rubber to keep good airtight and thermal insulation.
The inside and outside of the box are decorated with special aluminum alloy profiles or stainless steel edge, steinless steel or FRP corner, and steinless steel or galvanized hinge/lock/hanger.
There are protection guardrails in both sides and end of the van. Various lights are installed as well. The whole body is beautiful, harmony, strong, liable and durable.
Reinforced floor design adopts high quality figured aluminum floor panel to ensure the loading capacity, strong and wearing resistant as well as easy to load or unload.
The van can be designed according to customers requirement to select material and design the structure as well as to install refrigerators.
Type
Dry Van
This is the most common commercial truck body for transporting dry goods and other items that don’t require refrigeration. Dry vans are typically made of aluminum or steel.
Reefer
A reefer, or refrigerated truck body, is used to transport perishable goods that require temperature control. These bodies are insulated and equipped with refrigeration and cooler units to keep the cargo at a specific temperature range.
Flatbed
Flatbed truck bodies are standard in transporting large, bulky items such as construction equipment and heavy machinery. The beds of flatbed trucks are typically made of steel or aluminum and feature no sides or roof, making it easy to load and unload large items.
Dump
Dump truck bodies can haul and dump loose materials such as dirt, gravel, and sand. The body of a dump truck can be raised and tilted to dump the materials from the bed.
Applications
Box/Dry Van
Ideal for moving furniture, packages, and equipment that need protection from the elements and theft.
Dump

Flatbed

Assembly Overview
We produce the panels and purchase the parts that are necessary for the entire body
We pre-assemble the six pieces, which are front wall, left wall, right wall, rear door, roof, floor
We package these six packages separately, and attach the accessories such as glues, rivets etc.
When you receive the container, unload the parts and assemble the parts according to our instructions
Packaging
To delivery we products, we will carefully fix all the parts in the container with packing strap.A 20 FT container could load about 7-8 unites of 4.2 meters truck bodies, depending on whether you need the sub frames or not.
