- Body Size & Thickness – Our truck bodies can be built up to 19 meters in length, with width and height fully customizable. Insulation thickness can also be adjusted according to different temperature control needs to achieve optimal thermal performance.
- Interior Layout – Options include partitions, meat hanging rails, E-track systems, and customized flooring designs, making storage more flexible and space utilization more efficient.
- Material Options – Common materials include FRP + PU (Fiberglass + Polyurethane) and FRP + XPS (Fiberglass + Polystyrene). According to customer requirements, we can also supply aluminum, stainless steel, and thermoplastic boards, offering the right balance of weight, strength, and durability.
- CKD & CBU Solutions – For overseas customers, we provide CKD (Completely Knocked Down) kits for local assembly, as well as CBU (Completely Built-Up) bodies ready for immediate use, ensuring flexibility and cost efficiency.
