Description

The CBU Ice Cream Truck Body consists of refrigerated and display areas to ensure that the ice cream remains cold during transportation and sales.

Advantages

Highly Efficient Cooling
The CBU ice cream truck utilizes an advanced cold storage plate refrigeration system, requiring no engine, external power source, or battery support. With approximately 7 hours of daily charging, the cold storage plate provides stable low-temperature transport for the following day.

Superior Insulation
The truck body panels are 85mm thick (side walls, front wall, rear door) and 105mm thick (roof and floor), employing a three-layer structure of FRP + PU foam + FRP, suitable for long-distance transport of ice cream and frozen products.

Flexible Doors
The truck features two single-opening side doors, each measuring 800mm (width) x 1000mm (height), installed on the left side of the vehicle for easy loading and unloading. The rear door is a full-size three-door, with the middle door opening first, optimizing cargo entry and exit efficiency.

Interior Lighting and Signage
The roof is equipped with four sets of 12/24V multi-voltage LED lights to ensure ample interior lighting. Front and rear indicator lights feature white LEDs (front) and red LEDs (rear) to enhance nighttime driving safety.

Low maintenance costs
Because it does not rely on engine power, the cooling system consumes very little energy. Vehicle maintenance only requires weekly defrosting.

FAQ

Q: How to maintain the refrigeration system of a CBU ice cream truck?

A: Regularly inspect the refrigeration system, including cleaning the condenser and checking the compressor and refrigerant levels. Check the refrigeration system's operation every three months to ensure there is no frost buildup or pipe leaks. Regularly calibrate the temperature control equipment to ensure the interior temperature is within the set range.

Q: How to ensure door and body sealing?

A: Regularly check the door seals to prevent aging, damage, or ice buildup that could lead to poor sealing. Especially in cold weather, ensure door frames are clean and free of frost. Check the door and window seals monthly to ensure there are no air leaks and prevent temperature fluctuations from affecting ice cream quality.

Q: How to prevent ice cream from melting during transport?

A: Ensure the interior of the ice cream truck remains below -18°C at all times. Avoid prolonged opening and closing of doors to reduce cold air loss. Use a temperature recorder to monitor the temperature in real time and take immediate action if abnormal temperatures are detected. Also, ensure the cargo inside the truck is not overcrowded and maintain good air circulation.

Q: How to maintain the body of a CBU ice cream truck to extend its service life?

A: Regularly inspect the exterior of the vehicle, especially the chassis and door structure. When washing the vehicle, use non-corrosive cleaners to avoid scratching the body. Regularly inspect the chassis and frame to ensure there is no rust or corrosion. Perform a full maintenance check every six months, inspecting the refrigeration system, battery, and electrical systems to ensure the vehicle and equipment are functioning properly.
