PU Refrigerated Truck Boxes are refrigerated truck bodies assembled from PU refrigerated truck body panels, used for the road transport of chilled and frozen goods in the cold chain.

Features

High-Efficiency Insulation

The PU refrigerated truck body is made of high-density polyurethane (PU) foam, featuring a high closed-cell ratio and a thermal conductivity of K ≤ 0.31 W/(m²·K), effectively reducing heat loss.

Lightweight Design

Compared to traditional metal truck bodies, the PU panel structure reduces weight by approximately 30%–40%, increasing effective payload and transportation efficiency under legal weight limits.

Moisture and Corrosion Resistance

The PU panel does not absorb water, and the FRP surface is corrosion-resistant, effectively preventing rust, thermal bridging, and condensation problems, thus reducing maintenance costs.
