Polyurethane Insulated Truck Body Structure

Front Panel:
The front panel, as part of the truck body, not only provides insulation but also serves as the mounting point for the refrigeration unit. Therefore, its structure must be exceptionally strong to support the weight of the refrigeration unit and withstand the vibrations generated during operation. To enhance the strength of the front panel, we have incorporated imported pine wood beams within the panel. These pine wood beams provide additional support and effectively distribute the weight and vibrations of the refrigeration unit, ensuring long-term stability of the panel and preventing deformation or damage caused by the load of the refrigeration unit.

Side Panels:
The side panels are not simple sandwich boards. Instead, they are composed of a 5-layer structure:Outer FRP skin+Fiberglass layer+Polyurethane insulation core+Fiberglass layer+Inner FRP skin.
All internal adhesive layers use premium imported unsaturated resin. Z-shaped fiberglass reinforcements are embedded every 400mm within the panel. The entire structure is hot-pressed and molded using a large-scale lamination machine, resulting in excellent bonding strength between layers. This ensures outstanding thermal insulation, low heat leakage, and high structural integrity of the truck body.

The rear doors are fully welded with 304 stainless steel profiles and feature reinforced corners for added durability. Equipped with EPDM labyrinth double-layer rubber sealing strips, they remain flexible at low temperatures down to -40°C, with strong resilience and excellent aging resistance.

The door edge is designed with angled or embedded seams to enhance air tightness and prevent cold air leakage. Premium 304 stainless steel locks and hinges provide long service life and corrosion resistance.

Floor Panel:

Our standard floor panel thickness is 105mm, with FRP skins on both sides. The internal structure includes:Inner FRP skin+18mm plywood core+Fiberglass reinforcement+Polyurethane insulation core+Fiberglass reinforcement+Outer FRP skin.The floor panel is further reinforced with imported pine wood cross beams for higher load-bearing capacity and enhanced structural stability.
There are no metal components inside the insulated truck body, making the entire truck body lighter in weight, reducing thermal bridging, and improving overall insulation performance.
