Whether you're purchasing refrigerated truck box for the first time or are an experienced truck body builder, we offer a clear, efficient, and reliable cooperation process to ensure every order is handled professionally and smoothly:

Requirements Communication

You can contact us via email, WhatsApp, or phone, and provide details such as truck body size, material, panel thickness, need for side doors, internal configuration, subframe requirement, assembly type (CKD or CBU), and local assembly capabilities.

We will reply within 2 hours with professional suggestions.

Solution Design & Confirmation

Based on your requirements, we will provide a detailed refrigerated truck box proposal, including configuration list, technical specifications, and drawings.

Customizations are available for body size, door structure, material combination, etc.

Upon your confirmation, we will issue a formal quotation.

Contract Signing & Payment

After final confirmation, we sign the contract and proceed with the prepayment according to the agreed terms.

We support T/T, L/C, and other international payment methods.

Production Scheduling

Production is arranged according to the order. All panels will be pre-cut, labeled, and packaged in our factory to meet CKD export standards.

Production lead time is typically 7–25 working days.

We can provide production photos and videos during the process.

Inspection & Shipping

Before delivery, we conduct strict quality inspections (including dimensions, accessories, and surface appearance).Third-party inspections are also accepted. We then arrange for packaging and container loading.

Shipping, customs declaration, and clearance support are available.

Port Arrival Assistance & After-Sales Support

We assist clients with customs clearance and delivery procedures and provide assembly manuals, installation videos, and technical drawings.

Technical support is available via real-time remote video guidance.
