To enhance the strength, durability, and insulation performance of the reefer truck body, TS Brothers applies high-strength materials to key parts of the truck body for reinforcement and protection. The main design features include:

1.Aluminum Edge Trim

High-strength aluminum edge trims are applied around the perimeter of the truck body to strengthen panel connections and prevent edge damage or cracking, improving overall durability. Aluminum trims can be installed with exposed rivets or hidden style, depending on customer requirements, balancing aesthetics and structural stability.

2.Stainless Steel Corner Protection

The corners of the truck body use corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel, effectively preventing damage from collisions or compression, and ensuring long-term durability.

3.Side Guards

Aluminum side guards are installed along the lower edges of the side panels and other areas prone to impact, reducing scratches and wear while improving safety during loading and unloading.

4.Wind Locks / Door Hooks

The rear or side doors are equipped with 304 stainless steel wind locks, ensuring doors remain securely closed during loading and unloading operations.

5.Hinges and Locking Mechanisms
The doors of the refrigerated truck body are equipped with high-quality 304 stainless steel hinges and locks, ensuring smooth operation, durability, and safety during transportation. These components prevent accidental opening and guarantee secure handling of the cargo.

6.Sealing Strips / Gaskets

EPDM labyrinth-style gaskets are installed on door seams and panel joints. These high-quality seals are resistant to extreme temperatures, aging, water, and dust. The labyrinth design effectively blocks air and moisture infiltration, keeping the reefer truck body interior temperature stable and ensuring safe and reliable cold chain transportation.
