Manufacturing Process

The XPS insulated panels are bonded using high-performance two-component polyurethane structural adhesive, applied through a dedicated automatic glue dispensing system to ensure uniform adhesive distribution.

Our thermal truck panels are then formed under pressure using a large-scale laminating press, achieving a high-strength integral bond between skins and insulation core.
This process ensures excellent bonding stability, resistance to delamination, and long-term durability without adhesive failure during extended service life.
